Default Vintage 48's

On a 65 Coupe with a sort of trans-am style to it, what do you guys think of a set of 16X8 Vintage 48's neatly tucked in the wells? Think it looks good or should it stay the way it is. I have 01 Bullits on it right now and it looks decent but its needs more negative offset....

With a stance close to this?

Im gonna get some 17x15 kragers on mine. The look like the original stock mustang rims with a little twist. Plus there fat so it will look sweet. then ill put some 16x9s on the front. Give it a little meanstance to it. Thats my recomendation. But I agree that your plan would look pretty sweet. Best of luck deciding what you like.
