Default rear end

I have a 69 coupe. The rear currently in it is the 8" with 2.79 gears open end diff. I want to find a 9" with a stout locking carrier 3.50 gears and good axles. I found a 9" from a ford Bronco late 60's to early 70's. wondering if anyone knew if the suspension would mount or should I keep looking for that coveted 9". any help or suggestions on what is easy to find that would bolt on would be greatly appreciated.

the bronco axle should be close enough, the only changes you should have to make are welding on new spring perches since the bronco uses spring over while the stang uses spring under. you would probably have to do that no matter what you got the 9" from since a lot used coil springs or other spring positions. the spring perches should be fairly inexpensive(like $20) and shouldn't be too bad to weld in especially if you know someone with a welder that knows how to use it

that and I think that the bronco axle's might have 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern
