Default t5 question

I have been looking for a t5 transmission for a while.

I found one local but its from an Iroc late 80s.

This would in no way be compatible with the ford setup would it?
The splines would be wrong, the tail shaft length would be wrong, Bell housing wouldn't fit....Right?

Thanks

Gun

Don't bother with anything not from a stang, even if you find one of the other twenty something varations of the T-5. The were all built to different specs, and BELIEVE ME this will only get you into more trouble. I just had to deal with the nightmare of a shop ordering me a wrong T-5 kit for myfox bodythat was for a non-world class and for a GM, not my FORDetc, them telling me it was right, only to have them look at it again later and see that half of it was wrong, and blah blah blah. Easier to find the mustang t-5 and the support is there for it...
