Bringing the 66 to the paint shop tomorow. I was going to do a garage paint job, but I don't have the time, or the desire, so off to the shop....

I will say how much it cost after it is done.....

ohhh,,, I thought you were going to leave it that ugly white-ish cream color.. I hope you go with the red to match your engine bay.. Cant wait! How about the falcon??

 

i two just dropped off the car at the paint shop getting new trunk drop offs, new quarters and new wheel housings. although i work at the shop so its like it never left

Thanks Matt. My 17 yr old son and I are doing it together. He get's the keys when it's finished. We started putting the wiring in it last night...fun fun fun... I dread this part!

 

What did that paint job set you back??? Very good looking car and lucky kid.

 

JMD - Can't wait to see before/after shots. If anyone knows of a good place to go in the DFW area that's reasonable, love to hear about that too!

 

I did all the labor myself, just the paint and materials cost me $1400.00 I shot it with RM Diamont, tri-stage... the white is like the new infiniti's-lexus's... kinda has a silver/diamond pearl in it.
