69 mustang 351w stock exaust and pipes. Bought a 2" cherry bomb muffler. Is it the right size. Let me know soon please because Im getting it installed tomorrow. Thanks guys.

 

the best way would prolly just be to measure it. just wrap a piece of string around or something and it should be about 6 1/4" if its a 2" pipe.

 

I believe its 2". Didn't check. Too dark out. Does anyone know off the top of there head what the diameter is. Or will someone just give me the ok and tell me that my 2" glasspack will work. Please let me know guys.

 

how about take a ruler and measure the diameter of the end of ur exhaust pipe...

it sould be 2" i believe.

 

if it's to small or too big ....you can buy reducers at the local parts store

 

the exhaust shop can deal with whatever size it takes to get to fit, don't worry about it.

 

are u seriously too lazy to take a flashlight and measure it insteado f asking everyone here? who knows how many times ur exhaust has been changed out... even if it was original it fluctuated sometimes dependng on availabilty, same as all parts on old ford vehicles.. go measure it.
