Default I actually puuled an engine!

Okay I know big deal for you guys but for me it was a huge step forward toward my Boss 302T (t for tribute).Considering prior to getting this car the biggest thing I ever done was a tune up. Anyway pretty pumped for now!!

Good job. Nice and neatly done too. Every one I've ever done leaves the garage looking like a FEMA zone.

Cool! Looks like you left the bell housing/transmission in place. Did this cause any problems or did it come out pretty easy?

Came out petty easy - probably should have pulled tranny at same time. But plan on dropping it this weekend. Plans right now are:

1. replace cowl (rusted out bad)
2. Stiffen shock towers
3. Put disk up front
4. Rapaint engine bay
5. Repaint car
6. Drop 331/347 stroker and new trans

Man getting worn out just typing it - but it will be sweet when done.

Yeah, once you've done it a few times it's actually pretty easy. The hardest part is getting it back in with the tranny already in, since you gotta line the input shaft splines up. I found it you put it in gear you can turn the driveshaft to run the input shaft to help line them up. You just gotta turn and push and turn and push, do NOT force it. It just takes time and patience, but when they're lined up it'll slide right in.

I think it's much easier to pull it all at once... the tranny can be a pain..
