did u cut the springs at all? ive cut mine a bunch but i think they might be no good once i do my shelby drop. and i also have air shocks in the rear so its like mini airbags[8D]. i can lower it and raise it as much as i want...but theyll be going away soon, once i rebuild my rear end

id let all the air out of them till you get them changed its a good way to ruin the sheet metal by having them on!!! ask me how i know?? it happened on my 72 fastback and no it wasnt rusty!

The car was so tall in the front, I was thinking I might have big block springs. I cut one full loop out of the coil. 3/4 would have been just about perfect. One full loop lowered the front end to the point it rubbed on even the slightest bump. It also rubbed when turning. The 620 lb springs were even shorter than the stock springs I had cut. But when the weight of the car was on them, they did not compress like the originals did.

The ride is firmer, but IMO, its just about right. The car doesn't float like it used to. Instead, it takes the bump, and its done. I was really worried the ride was going to be too stiff, but even my wife think its good.

Great job getting that front end down! The car looks much better this way. I have always hated how the original Mustangs sit up higher in the front than the rear.

Nice job. My car seems to be getting a little worse. I will try those front springs and see what happens.

Where did you take the pic with the T-38s in it?
