I can't really tell very well from the image. It appears to be in the correct location. Would an image taken in the same location on another car help? I can't get it at the moment because it's dark out but I could snag a pic in the morning on my way to work if it'll help?

I do all my measurements before cutting the old quarters off. Saves alot of guessing later. Just make sure whatever your measure is, it is equal on both sides.
