valve cover gasket
the rubber ones with the metal bushings in the bolt holes so you cant overtighten.
im cheap though, so i use cork with weatherstripping adhesive on one side so it doesnt slip, and permatex on the other side so it doesnt leak.
every one i have ever done like that has NEVER leaked

I like the rubber ones because you can actually reuse them. The cork ones do seal better, although I use RTV on the valve cover side just to hold it in placeand nothing on the other side.
I prefer to use the rubber ones because they can be reused but its a matter of opinion!!The cork ones work fine with some RTV!Good Luck!

Anyone have a link where these nice rubber gaskets can be found?
Also, does anyone know of a place that sells aluminum valve cover spacers? I guess I would need 2 sets of gaskets then. I have my valve covers double gasketed right now (right on top of each other) and it isnt the best set up. My cobra covers just barely touch the valves...
