Default New Guy...want a fastback

Hi. I'm 17. My first venture into the muscle car world was a 68 sport satellite. 383 4 barrel car. Rebuilt the engine and ended up having to replace the whole roof skin due to a ripped vinyl top. The roof was completely shot on a other wise rust free original paint AZ car. Recently sold that car and now I'm looking for a 65-70 fastback. Is there a place where I can place a wanted ad on this site?

old school fbs are so high in demand right now theres no point in advertising that you want one ppl who are selling them tend to find buyers right away. You just gotta do some digging to find one Ive been looking for a 65-66 fb shell since i was 17. Unless you want a already finished resto car there a bit easier to come by but they're like 25k+ easy

Use craigslist. it is your best friend. just go to craigslist.org, find your local area site, and look there after posting a want ad. you should get lots of responses if you live in a populated area. which you should in AZ.

I have a 66 Fastback I may sell. I'm going to look ata 65this weekend, and if I like it, and it's a good deal, I may buy it, and sell either it, or the66 I currently have. I'm about 40 miles west of Atlanta, and near the Alabama state line.

You're looking at spending alot of money for a fastback nowadays. They're in pretty high demand so you better keep your eyes peeled for a good deal and snag it up real quickly. Good luck!

Huntsville, eh? We ride up into North Alabama once in a while. Was just up to Fort Payne and Little River Canyona few weeks ago.

I'm originally from Alabama. In fact, we still own our property in Cleburne County, which adjoins Calhoun County (Anniston etc). Will probably be moving back there sooner than later now.
