Default Patching floors in texas?

Anyone here know wherei can get a good weld job on patching up my floors in a few areas. i have about 3-4 4inch holes in my floors that need to be patched up with new metal. i got quoted 600-800 from a body shop near by and theres no way its worth that much do a few spots. would it be best to replace all the floors or is that major money to install??? my rust is minor from the doors leaking.

I'm in Houston, and I'd love to find a source. Mine need new fronts. I have a welder but have only used it a time or two and don't feel confident in my skills.

BTW it might be easier to install new floor pans on both sides.
