Can anyone identity this wire/cable for me
Probably something I should be able to figure out on my own. It runs inside the front frame rail onmy 65. I need to treat the inside of the rail for rust but I don't know how to deal with this wire or cable.

I'd bet its part of your headlight harness. Should be easy enough to follow to the connectors and find a way to disconnect and pull so you can treat. Just be careful. These 40yr old wires can get brittle.
