Rust along Fender and Apron
I'm just starting to restore a 1969 Fastback and I noticed that there is rust where the front fender and apron are bolted together. I'm just wondering if this is a serious issue or if I can just clean it up seal it with some rust paint and deal with it in a year or two when I plan to go over over the body more thoroughly and have it painted.

It's hard to see in this picture, but mainly the apron on the passenger side and the fender on both sides.

Should I just pull out the aprons and weld some new ones in? I probably won't touch the fenders, the rust on them is minor, and they're quite expensive to replace compared to the aprons.
Can we get a pic of the rust? if its not to bad you may be able to get away with some por 15 and just paint over it. If its bad in places you can fabricate small patches and weld it in with a mig welder.
I can take some pictures later this week, for now all I have is the one above. The main areas I'm concerned about is the lip on the fender in the top right, both the fender and apron lip on the top left and I'm not sure if the overlap between aprons at the left side of the picture, near the shock tower,is rusted through orif there was ahole there and itjust has surfacerust.
