Check for rust if you find any fix it also subframe connectors help alot and stiff the car up so does a monte carlo bar and export brace.Suspension http://www.opentrackerracingproducts.com/products/ is the same design as whats on the car just built alot better or you can go coil overs any ideas on how your gonna do the rear.

im not sure yet, i think i might just replace whats in there with something that will give me a more agressive ride, i want to try and do as little as possible for the fact that i dont know what im doing on half of this so i want to keep it simple.

Good springs shocks maybe a rear sway bar your good to go it all depends on you want a smooth ride or handle like its on rails. The export brace and monte carlo bar are the cheapest things to add they stiffen up the front end a lot.

Check your upper control arms, check to see if the connecting tubes have worn out the arm also all bushings, ball joints and sagging rear springs, if they have never been replaced you might be in for a rebuilding experience. If you have to go that far you might want to consider front disks.

Good luck and have fun
