my 65 mustang?

i figured out that the 351 i got for would cost more to fix it than buy a working one.

not unless you want to cut the shock towers...i think to fit the 429 you would need to switch to a mustangII front suspension. so yes it can fit but its probably not worth it if $ is a concern

wait a minuite.... u just said you only have 300 bucks and and i6 but you want a v8. you do realize all the money you're gunna spend converting it to a v8 right? (rear end, suspension, brakes, tranny etc.) you have to make the car be able to handle the engine. maybe you know thisand i am just confused lol... if you want to go v8 and you got a i6, you are going to spend a lot more than 300 bucks. i may have mis understood something

To do the v8 swap right is about 3 grand start saving up now.Putting a v8 in a inline6 car with out changing everything over is unsafe the front springs will be to weak so it will handle worse brakes are under size for the weight of the car and the 7.5 rear end in it is weak you'll break it with the v8.

oh ok. i dont really know what springs, disc brakes, and rear end to get. hopefully my local mustang and classic car shop will help me. should i just go to the junk yard for the rear end axle? or the springs. and ill buy the disc brake conversion kit.
