adjusting/setting rockers...NEED HELP!
Ok,... so I have installed my hyd roller cam, bolted up the heads and intake. I need to drop in the push rods and set them... I know they should be adjusted at a certain position... Not really sure... Can anyone outline the steps to accomplish this task? THANKS!!!

RE: adjusting/setting rockers...NEED HELP!
What type of rocker setup do you have? What type of engine? Studs are adjusted differently than pedistal rockers. For instance, 351C heads with pedistals, just just screw them on to torque specs, but studs you have to adjust just right.

65 , 289 block...stud mounts..roller rockers....AFR heads...I went with the Comp Cams hyd roller cam, with the retrofitted roller lifters, etc. I've measured for my pushrods, and the brown truck showed up with them Monday...so I want to get it buttoned up.... Thanks for helping John...

Here is a pretty good explaination of how to install and adjust stud rockers for hydraulic cams (both flat and roller).
