All I want to know is, is this a nice engine. Would it be worth making an offer on, and if I was to make an offer what price should I offer. Tell me a little about this engine.

They were renamed Cobra Jet in 72 or 73,the most powerful ones were in 70 and 71.The most powerful Cleavland is the 71 Boss 351,I think around 330 hp gross not net like they are rated now.Next in line horsepower wise is the 70 351 4v,11.2:1 compression,300hp gross,72 and 73 Cobra Jets only had around 8.5:1 compression and were kinda dogs because of all the early emission controls.</P>
