Default need help finding some stuff

Hey this is the first time posting in this section but I just wanted help with a few things. My dad is finally thinking about restoring his old '66 Convertible Mustang. He said he had heard that you can buy the actual tubs for the car but he can't seem to find them anywhere. Could some of you guys help steer us in the right direction to getting this project underway and done right? As in websites and other references (especially finding those tubs). It's been my dream to see this car up and running and would greatly appreciate all your help. Thanks.

I would guess that tubs might mean the floorpans, floorboards, etc.

There are several sources for these, MustangsUnlimited.com, Texas Mustang, etc.

Most any part can be purchased for classic Mustangs, and the pricing is good when compared to other classic cars.

A person could get pretty damn close to being able to build an entire Mustang with parts ordered from a few catalogs!

There are countless websites out there for Mustang parts, but what are your plans for the car? Originality, cruiser, drag, etc...

If you're talkin floorpans, etc I'd would point you toward either NPD or YearOne. There are many others out there as well, but I've been pleased with what I get from those two in terms of sheetmetal for my 68.
