Default Another new guy

Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm Tom and I have a 73 convertible. I just pulled the 351C out and am in the process of figuring out how to stuff a 460 in there. Love the forum. If anyone has any experience with this swap I am all ears.

TIA

TommyK

not experienced in swapping, but welcome. I have a 68 coupe with an in line 6 that I'm going to swap with 302. Do you know anything about efi or carb? My 302 is efi but from what people tell me it would easier going to carb. Any advice would be great. Thanks and good luck with your project.

I myself have a 1968 coupe (and am new to the mustang forum) but it had a 302 in it, which blew so I put an 88 5.0 H.O. motor in that was EFI, I converted it to carburated (4 BBL edelbrock, on an edelbrock 289 intake manifold.) It wasa lot easier than keeping the EFI considering I didnt have the factory ECU or any harnesses. What kind of questions are u wondering?
