Never Seen Headers tuck-up so Good!!!!
i have installed quite a few sets of headers on my cars over the years but never had any tuck up so nice and tight as the Tri-y's i bought last week. very impressive,i could lower the car and still have clearance.
sorry about no pics but i am severely lacking in computer skills. i have pics of the car and it wont let me post them.i am in the middle of completely redoing all gaskets on the engine and dialing everything in in the engine compartment(about 100hrs in the last 2 weeks and i have about 2 weeks left till i go back to work,so needless to say i would rather spend the time on the car instead of figuring out the pic situation> LOL i bought the Chrome Tri-y's from sacramento mustangs-($189). the car had stock manifolds with dual flowmasters out to the rear already but these are even tighter than that. very happy.
pics are pretty easy. make a photobucket account and just copy the IMG code from there after you upload, but then change the IMG tags at the beginning and end to say image.
not a show car but it is in nice enough shape to turn that way if i wanted. i have only had the car for 3 months and bought it from a 22yr old kid who's parents redid the whole car(all interior was redone in black leather with high back seats-interior is flawless--3500 stereo system--new air cond-power brakes-power steering--front disc brakes--shelby hood and the car was painted Deep black with 1 coat of pearl blue over the black--new Tremic-5spd). the only problem with the car was the kid never did the engine compartment to match how nice the outside was so i have about 120 hours into changing All gaskets and adding the headers on and also painting the eng compartment and engine and replacing all braces and supports. it will be my day off and weekend driver. so i dont mind about the blue tinge on the Tri-y's.
