Thanks for all your advice guys, I think I'm going to go with the 16" SPAL fan. But just so I don't have to start another thread. What type of radiator should I get if I decide to replace my old one? A 2 row or 3 row?

I have been watching this thread as I will be going with an electric fan too. As to what kind of rad to get,I think most newer rads are a single row, at least the aluminum. Some may be two but some use a crossflow to get better cooling effects. I would definately go with an aluminum one. I heard the summit rads are good, made by Northern. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

a 3 row for a stock type rad would be the way to go if it gets really hot in the summer.

a 2 row aluminum would work as well or better than the stock 3 row due to much higher fin count. 2 row al would be fine (northern makes a good one for about 300.00)
