The firewall insulation pad on my 73 mach 1 is deteriorating and coming apart. Can I replace that pad without removing the entire dash?

If I buy a replacement pad, can I get it up under and around all the places it needs to go without removing the entire dash?

What do I use to attach the firewall insulation pad to the firewall?
