Cable Clutch Question!!!!

Default Cable Clutch Question!!!!

is there a way to adjust a cable Clutch?? i have a T-5 with a cable clutch set up and was wondering is there a way to adjust the play in it??? there is only a few inches from engaging and dis-engaging. or is that normal.

You can adjust where it disengages/engages relative to the floor, but you're not going to easily change the pedal ratio. A few inches between engaged and disengaged sounds about right.

You should be able to adjust the cable where the cable hooks to the throwout fork. If you have a MustangSteve setup,it may havean option that allows adjustment on the firewall as well.
