Default Spring project list?

Speaking of spring, what do you all plan on doing to your girl to get her ready to drive and show off this spring/summer/fall? I'm making my list right now: [ol][*]Change oil[*]check tire pressure[*]Instal O2 sensor to TUNE THE DAMN THING! (need better than 9mpg this summer)[*]Make alternator bracket (new 100a fits a lil too tight)[*]Fix rearend leak (changed fluid last yr to Purple Royal Synthetic, now it leaks)[*]Adjust shifter linkage (Damn nut came loose last year and I lost reverse, my Chevy friend fixed it[:@])[*]Adjust brakes (work ok, but want to take advantage of my proportioning valve, still haven't adjusted it since putting on front discs)[*]Fix driver door lock (Door handle broken, have to crawl through drivers side to get in or leave vent window open and reach in to open door)[*]Replace header gasket[*]Install monte carlo bar (shock towers are sagging a lil bit so the bar doesn't exactly fit right now, even left the front on jackstands for 3-4 days but still wont fit)[/ol]I'm sure the list will get longer especially since I want to try to road race it with my brother and his 88 GT. How bout you?

1) Find a second job so that I can buy some gas.
2) Plant a garden so I'll have something to eat
3) Buy a horse to get somewhere(I'll even install a catalyic converter so when it farts the ozone layer is safe)
4) Plant more trees for the huggers (Oh honey, theirs another tree)
5) Learn to speak Chinease
6) Trade my stimulus package dollars for Euro's (or what ever they spend over yonder)
7) Write my Congressman a letter, and tell him what a good job that he and hisbuddies are doing ................ for themselfs
8)Properly dispose of all my unenviormentally friendly crap like batteries, brake fluid, motor oil, antifreeze, paint, thinners, so on
9) De-register to vote (after many years of trying, I've come to the conclusion, thez all liars, funny thing is, they believe themselfs)
10) Maybe boost my spititsby getting to one of myold Mustangs and melting some rubber..............always makes me feel better

I'm sure my spring project list has all been laid out for me by my darling wife. I just have to figure out what it is. She has mentioned everything on the list probably; once. (she would NEVER nag) I'll never know for sure if I get it done, but I know I'll be passed through the Gates of Hell if I don't.

This is why the car is the recipient of WINTER projects.

I'm in the middle of redoing my interior & changing it from the blue standard to a blue pony style. New carpet, upholstery, chrome pieces, door panels, seatbelts all going in.
I POR15 & sound deadened the floors while I was at it.
Have the fenders off fixing a small leak at the cowl seal & while they are off I am removing the undercoating in the wheel wells & painting with POR15. One side is done, just needs reassembly. No rust so far.
Going to put a new front bumper on since it's all apart now also.
Hopefully by the time good warm weather gets here in April I will be on the road again!

1. Get the duraspark II conversion finished
2. Get $600 check from the gov't.
3. Blow $600 on brand new tires, brake shoes, brake hardware, and more.
4. Get the disk brakes attached.
4a. Shelby drop
5. Get the 8" rear end attached.
6. Put on new wheels/tires
7. Drive around till stuff brakes again
8. Start over with new list.

I've actually got quite a few shows/swap meets lined up for this year - about 6-10 for the DFW area.
