They should install fron the botton up and their flap or opening faces back. Once in, their in.

What is the easiest way to install these? I can't get the rear plug to fit in the hole of my 1966 Mustang convertible. (Side note: I found broken pieces of these in the trunk, and think they were installed inside out).
