My 5-year old crashed his bike into the front of my car about one month out of the paint shop. Before I could even see if he was okay, he was hightailing it into the house. What can you say, 'stuff' happens.

Many years ago, my 3 year old son repeatedly attacked his moms favorite car (maybe favorite to this very day, though it is long gone!) with a claw hammer....

Any guesses on who that kid might be?

so who had a bad day?
indeed hilarious ..... LOL

does that not revoke your rights of having 'bad car days'?

but I know how you feel.
some days everything you touch goes wrong and you're still stupid enough to carry on instead of just dropping the hammer .

It might have been a red 86 FireChicken....

I have an idea that if you were to ask the right person, that the question still might evoke some emotion... albeit some light hearted means of giving you a hard time....

To be honest about the whole thing, JameStang took the whole incident a lot better than I did.... Regrettably, the string of profanity that rolled from my lips was shameful.

Much to his credit James is a lot more even tempered than me....

That's why I'll alwayshave a cranberry juice bottle for my radiator overflow. I've heard too many stories of cars being damaged as soon as they're finished. As long as I have a cranberry juice bottle under my hood instead of something more suitable, my car will never be finished.

I had a crappy weekend too. My dipstick tube broke off at the timing chain cover. I finally got it drilled out last night. Now I just have to remove the steering cross member so I can lower the pan enough to get it cleaned out. When I jacked up the car I noticed all my old ball joint boots are torn.
