My bull terrier does a great job of keeping annoying persons/neighbours at bay.
The only down side is he like eating car parts, aluminum cans and whatever
else he can get his teeth into.

now go buy a new compressor and a pa system. hook it up to a microphone and make em really regret it. glad i live on 10 acres and my nearest neighbor is a mile away

 

I know it's just a theory but if you have any solid evidence...

I would take a squirt gun full of brake fluid and go for a late night bike ride past his car. Nice and quiet, like a good neighbor.

 

Having suffered from loud neighbours myself ****ry and westen at 3am and then have him threat me with a knife. I hate noisey neighbours but get the police to finger print it and stuff. I belive people need to respect each other more.

 

Report it to the police.
If something else happens with this guy in the future you will have the record.
