Default AOD Cooling lines

I plan on installing an AOD Tranny in the 69 302 coupe but can't find any pre-made cooling lines, or too costly if I did find them. Do you think I could purchase the stocklinesthen cut them and use a Neopreme hose in the middle afterI connect them to the approrpiate connections?
I could try to make them myself but after reading other posts I See it is difficult and time consuming

You are talking about putting rubber hose on and hose clamping it? Not a good idea!

use your stock c4 lines to run from the trans to the AOD then cut the lines to the AOD side and run hose to connect them. you can buy brake line(trans lines at any local parts supplier. Then just make sure you flare the lines so it won't leak.

not the best idea but it will work for you if on a budget...

Can you get away with it? Yes. Is it a good idea? No. The first problem with one of those soft lines and you will pump you trans dry in 1 minute. That is why it is not a good idea. The trans won't last long after that.

Avoid hose splices. Use brass compression fittings.
