last week i made a post about mustang plus's crappy customer service and it ended up with over 2 pages of people with the same opinion

well apparently somebody at mustangplus saw the thread and it pissed them off, so they called and left a message at my house about how they didnt appreciate the thread

hopefully they will see this one too, maybe it will send a message to them and they will make some improvements

The only way they can fix a problem is if they know about it, now they do. M+ will have to address this or they will loose a lot of customers.

 

They actually called your house to complain about something you wrote on the internet?

 

yea, they called my house, the actual message they left just said i needed to call them, but i was gone so my dad called them and when i got home today he told me about the conversation and about then saying that they didnt appreciate the thread i started and how it had made them look bad

i think its funny

maybe they read all the posts and they have decided that they need to make some changes

 

did you call them back and tell them to fix it or you will do it again?

 

we got the order straightened out, somehow they didnt get the last 4 digits of the credit card #, but the way they handled the sitiuation was dumb

they sent me an email confirming my order, saying that it should be delivered in 5 days

well 7 days later, no leaf springs, so i call them up to see what the deal is and thats when they tell me about the credit card issue

then the next day they left a message on the machine saying there was an issue with the credit card AFTER i had to call them and see wtf was goin on with my order

it was stupid, and then the next day the left the message about my other thread

i wonder if they will call about this one, maybe they will sue me or something

 

If they had a legitmate response they should have done it with a response to your thread here, not by calling you at home.
