Default fuel line clips?!

I am replacing the fuel line in my 66. Can anyone tell me how the fuel line clips work? I dont want to just start prying on stuff. I have new clips also, so I am wondering how they go in. Thanks.

If they look like the clips that hold part of the brake line, take a regular screwdriver and spread apart the two tabs that are pressed together. Once they are split apart, the clip should come out.
