Default Cleaning out calipers?

I got my Lincoln MarkVII rear calipers in the mail today and I want to flush out the inside. What would be the easiest way to do so? The previous owner just crimped off the lines so it wouldnt leak everywhere...

Can I take out the piston easily and get at it that way?

Thanks
~Nic
