Default T-5 conversion Any suggestions?

I'm currently running a 289 stock motor with, I believe a C4 auto tranny. My previous 69' had a 302 with a 4spd toploader and that thing was bitchin!
I want to run a manual tranny in this 67 that I have now. Some of a buddies have told me to get a "donor car" aka. 85-90 mustang and swap the motor and tranny but, other than going that route, I'd like to just get the tranny is possible. Does anybody know where I can look up every single part that I would need to make this swap possible? any ideas?
