Default piston question

^ those are what my pistons look like somewhat and i'm wondering because of my friends windsor sr's he's ditching to me for cheap

now i can't get away with 2.02 valves with that thing can i on my 289? or what? i know it depends on lift also, but i'm only running a .509/.512 with 1.6's

just wanting to be sure.

You should be able to, it's just like 1 giant valve relief. And duration has more to do with ptv interferance than lift does. Either way, check and make sure.

I agree. If you have dished pistons, I don'tthink it would be much of a problem unless you have a really aggressive cam. I'd still check, though.

Better yet, give me the heads and save yourself the trouble
