Just pulled my stang out of the shop yesterday the guy skinned the old roof and welded a new one one did an awesome job cant even tell it was replaced..

Well its time to prime it and get everything straight now... Im gonna pick up some body filler and glaze the roof and get it smooth, Then im gonna be priming each piece individually and blocking them out.... I thought i would go with an epoxy primer over the bare metal after the bondo work. then block it out and then finish with a sealer.

 

By the way those are apple trees Red delicious to be exact.

 

Just the skin or the whole roof? My car needs a new roof too. How long did it take and how much was it?

 

His first post said skinned so its just the skin.I hate the after market sun roofs they are tacky looking and i haven't seen one yet that didn't leak.
