If the floor pans are rusted, there's a good chance that the cowl may also be rusted out. I understand It's a real pain to repair.

Ah yes, sorry about the pics.. it's been snowing off and on past few days and I really didn't feel like taking the camera out in it, so again, I'll probably have some tomorrow. Also, I just recently found out that we bought a '66 not a '65, I'm not sure why we were told it was a '65, but the grill is definately '66. I have decided let my sister have this one, and just try to find one that already has a v8 and a manual trans, but I'm still gonna get some pics for ya'll.
Welcome to the board man. Im in exactly the same boat as you. 16 years old, '65 200ci, picking up a 351w tomarrow at 9:00am sharp! I got this link somewhere..
