Caster can effect tire wear to some extent, by providing too much or not enough camber in turns for the driving style.

+1 Caster more than about 3 can increase tire were IF there is a lot of aggressive driving with lots of fast cornering

Yeah, caster is really only going to show tire wear changes from one extreme end of the driving spectrum to the other, cornering hard or driving like an old woman. Toe and camber have a huge effect though.

Up to the point where you start getting caster shake, anyway.
