Well cool, at least you found it.

I can't find my original scan of mine and I don't want to dig it out, so I'll scan my copy of it, this is what mine looks like. Unfortunately like you can see, it's really hard to read.

At least most of it was still intact. I put mine on some paper. And now looking at it I find pieces that go to big pieces, but the pieces can't be moved due to the clear sticky film I put on. O well I savedpart of it, all that matters to me.
