I would recomend calling some of your local paint suppliers and see if they supply automotive paint. The yellow pages might even say on their ads if they do.
PPG is probably the most readily available. It seems to be available anywhere. House of Kolor is what alot of the Hot Rodders and custom guys use. It's expensive but really nice stuff.
BASF has been making paint for awhile, but I haven't really started researching the paint side that much lately.
We are going with Dupont. We used auto paint on our airplane and it was fairly inexpensive and easy to apply. Ww got it at a Carquest store that only deals in auto paint.
