Default Pitman arm

Can you convert a power steering pitman arm to a manual steering? and if so, do you know where I could have it done?

Thanks

What year car, and is it 6 or 8? In the early models, there was no diffecence between p/s and manual as far as the pitman arm was concerned. The same arm was used on power steering and manual steering.

I believe you may need a P/S box if you desire to add p/s as manual box and p/s one carry different ratios

Actually if you are upgrading and installing power steering into amanual steer car, you can leave the manual box installed and jsut add the pwer set-up. The manual box will make steering easier and a bit lighter to the touch.
