Vinyl is Evil at least they were on my 74 Camaro , 74 Caprice and 76 Monty they were Gm rides but just damn at the rust underneath them.

 

Ours was factory vinyl and the roof is 1 of the few areas without rust. My father has a 72 AMC that had the factory vinyl and no rust at all. I think if done right and even 1/2 maintained they are fine. Black vinyl going back on ours.

haha it is ok it gives me a chance to glance at it... I like the color as well, when did you finish it up? Are you gonna leave it solid no stripes, I think it looks just like it should.

 

i wanted a black stripe donw the center.. but wife said no it was her cvar and the stripe would make it look like a guys car.

color process was long .... we could not agree on the color we did not like the original mustang colors except red and the painter guy started on us how red was going to be alot more money because its a mix of alot of colors.. yada yada $$$ yada $$$

so its this color 08 7 series mercedes color.

 

Painters and there mixing tricks,, it is ok it is the right color!

i dont know if you seen my wire harness thread. but we have an electrical gremlin. and in a week or two when i get that worked out i plan on getting better pics.
