Seats dont align?
I was redoing my floorpans when someone pointed out to me that my seats dont line up perfectly. The driver's seat is about 2-3 inches ahead of the passenger's seat. I never noticed this when i had the interior installed. Is this normal or a problem?

Wow. That looks like5-6 inches forward.
It's clear that someone moved it forward at some point and I'm guessing they had pretty short legs.
I've never heard of someone moving the seat riser forward. I'm 6' 3" tall and had to move mine back 2". My 5' 3" wife had no problem reaching the pedals and seeing out the window. She actually had to move the seat back some in my 65 when I had her help me move it.

Definately the driver's side riser needs to come back. See the holes in the floor pan? Those are to access the seat track nuts from the underside of the risers. They should be aligned for proper fitment. Now if your a tall guy or a really short person, those seat risers can be modified for whatever height is needed to reach the pedals, etc. If your looking to relocate the riser to the correct location, then it looks like the passenger side is correct and the driver's side need relocated.
Yep, pretty much. You can buy new risers I believe. They don't cost much at all, and would probably be a good thing for you to look into. The one you have now looks like its been botched up some.
