Wiper Question
I'm fairly certain it's easier than that.....
The motor is the same for either 1 spd or 2 spd.
The switch is definitely different.
When installing a Painless Wiring harness (it's the only one I'll use), the instructions for the new harness give you the option of wiring up the 1 or 2 speed switch.... as if all of the wires are the same and the only difference is the electrical connector and the switch itself.
Another popular wiper switch conversion is to use an intermittant wiperswitch from a mid-80's F150. This gives you intermittant, low and high speeds.
