Has anyone heard of this? Is this a gimmick?

Electrolytic rust removal does work, I have done it myself.

Also evaporative coolers use a sacrifical anode to protect against rust in the water tank.

Both techniques require an anode metal that degrades. I don't see where the anode metal would be on a car.

Sound like one of those deals where they take a real technology and missapply it, and claim it works, but provide no good explaination. Like the hydrogen from water scam and others.

For 450 bucks i would think a more info would be required. But there is a sucker born every minute.
