Default 65 shelby side scoop attachment help

I have a set side scoops to put on the 65. I got them from mustangs plus, but they came fiberglass with no mounting points. What is the best way to mount them? I was going to drill for the inside and run screw into the fiberglass is this a good idea?

The screw idea will work, but we used 5-minute epoxy glue on out '65 coupe. We got our scoops from Mustang Plus as well and they had a turned up lip on the inside. We trimmed this lip off, used abobut 4 dabs of the 5-minute epoxy glue to hold them in place and then fiberglassed around them. After the resin had cured, we sanded it smooth and then used bondo to smooth everything out. Took about2 to 2.5 hours per side and they came out looking pretty good.

do you have any pics of your scoops. I was thinking about them for my 65 coupe but have only really seen Darrelds 68EFIvert up close and they stuck out a little too much for my taste.
