OK, lets see if anyone else here has done this.....(66 coupe)

1. The wiper arms (under the dash) are broken off of the round gears that hold the wipers on the outside of the car. Has this ever happened to anyone??? I've NEVER had a problem with wipers!

2. The dash is out of the car. That wouldn't stop the wiper motor/heater motor/other accessories from working, right? No strange grounds to the dash or anything like that?

3. Is it me or is the dash not going to be put back for quite a while!!??!!

im with you man,...i have more problems then one can count, but what do you expect from a car that is 4o years old?,..you have to look at it that way, and just fix one thing at a time,...

 

hahaha welcome to owning a classic. You should think of upgrading your electrical before you go any further.
