Thats a B&M Hammer Shift, it fits your hand sooo good, slap stick, with rachet back to first gear, 4 gears you cannot go from drive to reverse without lifting spoon to unlock, and did you notice the key pad for the trans?

What are you going to use for a driveway? Cement or pavement. We have about a 300 yard driveway from the highway to the barn that is just gravel.
