Honestly, if I was to go through the effort, I'd just do a disc conversion. Stock rear drums are fine for just about everything shy of a day at the track, so if you're going to upgrade, you might as well do it right.
They are $495 from the company, you can get them about $100 cheaper on the internet from wholesalers. I am doing the disc conversion on my car, my dad was thinking of these for his car.
