A little futher along on the 65 build for those that have followed. I made a set of "Shelby" type side scoops today out of steel insted of fiberglass. Fitment is very nice and they won't crack.
The reality too is that if you used sheetmetal from a hardware store, the modern alloys are not only WAY stronger than fiberglass, but thinner and lighter.
