Default How does this sound???

Have a 66 coupe, orig saturine gold w a vinyl top. the vinyl top has got to go, and i want to do a custom look WITHOUT the car looking like another eleanor!! i was thinking of a wimbledon white with a more off white gt stripe (ivy/white pony interior) with all emblems shaved and the grille blacked out. OR maybe even HOT ROD FLATZ flat vanilla shake white with gloss vanilla shake gt stripes. any other white/green ideas???

also, anyone use the eastwood lead solder kit??

I know it sounds bad but I dont care for the wimble white. I think it looks dull and dirty like someone accidentally spilled some brown paint in with it. I would go for a brighter cleaner white if it were me...but hey f&ck my opinion... no one listens any way. Really its about what does it for you not what other people think. looking at paint strips helps.

Find a program that will paint the car before hand. Or learn some photo shop. Cause you definitely don't want to lay it down and be pissed. I like Wimbledon just for the classic look, with some blue stripes.
