Default Bad Tie Rod?

I noticed when I turned my wheel to the left the drivers side would squeek. I looked underneath and I noticed that the tie rod and spindle didnt look lined up. Do you think the tie rod is the problem? The rubber bushing is gone on it too..

Thanks!

I'd say it's the upper control arm squeaking, But that tie-rod certainly looks bent.

I took it to a shop so they could look under it good. The alignment guy said everything looks good underneath it and new except that tie rod so I am going to replace that and have it realigned. It pulls to left anyways so its a good reason to have it done since I am replacing the tie rod.
